Don’t forget the easiest way to access online prescription ordering, appointment booking and certain aspects of your medical records is by downloading the NHS App.
Medical records from 1st November 2022 or the date you have registered at a new surgery if beyond this date, will be visible to most patients from today.
This is a useful tool to bypass the phones should you need to check test results or access documents sent from your hospital after 1st November 2022.
