Tomorrow we have several clinical staff off and will be working with only 1 GP on site. There are no Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
Due to this we will be offering a GP telephone triage service for tomorrow only. If your issue is urgent, you will be added to a list of telephone calls and the GP will call you back. This wil not be at a set time as this is only for acute issues where patients are unable to go about their usual day. Urgent cases such as patients who may need to be sign posted to A&E will be prioritised.
For more routine issues, you will be offered an appointment on an alternative day.
We will resume our normal appointment layout from Wednesday though will still be short staffed. Thank you for your understanding.
