There is a new service for women aged 45-60 who think they are entering the menopause. Patients can contact the surgery and will be offered an initial 20 minute telephone appointment with a Pharmacist. During this appointment you will be able to discuss your symptoms and access HRT if appropriate.
This clinic is only available to women with new menopausal symptoms, though there are plans to expand the service to include women who are already prescribed HRT in the future.
Clinics are held on Thursday mornings between 9am and 1:30pm starting from 20th June 2024. Pharmacists are based at Imeary Medical Group at Stanhope Parade in South Shields.
