The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
It asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses. The FFT provides a mechanism to highlight both good and poor patient experience. This kind of feedback is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.
Our surgery is taking part in the FFT. There is a quick questionnaire to find out how satisfied you are with the service we provide and how likely you are to recommend our surgery to family and friends.
We would be grateful if you would take part in our FFT. Questionnaires can be found at our reception desk, once completed, you can post into the blue box used for confidential responses.
Our results are published each month. The results of the previous six months will be available on our website, if you would like to see earlier results please contact the surgery.
