There are a number of options available for access. The preferred way is to register using the NHS App.
Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England.
You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
To register for Patient Access you will need to complete a registration form and bring that, together with a form of photographic ID with you such as a passport or drivers licence, in addition to something that proves current address, to our reception desk where you will be provided with a login name and password.
Once you have your login details and instructions you can access the website via the link below.
